At shoecharmhq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hats. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
Returns
You can return your hat for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your hat.
To be eligible for a return, your hat must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the hat back to us, unless the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong hat or damaged product).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned hat and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. The refund will include the price of the hat, but not the cost of shipping.
If you received free shipping on your order and you return your hat, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Hats

Cancellations
